About us

We foster creative projects and support local startups through community-based development.
Our Model:

( 1 ) - Join us for dinner and donate ($10-$15)
( 2 ) - Listen to four presenters pitch
( 3 ) - Discuss the ideas with other community members over                 great food from local restaurants
( 4 ) - Vote for your favorite!
( 5 ) - Presenter with the most votes receives the funds raised at                the event to support their project

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to these dedicated partners who work tirelessly to empower and uplift local entrepreneurs. Whether it's through financial investments, mentorship programs, networking opportunities, or providing essential resources, these partners play a pivotal role in helping entrepreneurs overcome challenges and realize their business aspirations. Their commitment towards fostering a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in Durham/the Triangle not only benefits individual small businesses but also contributes to the overall economic development and resilience of our community. Entrepreneurs are built not born

Durham Community Incubator is a community dinner that is built to uplift, empower, and find stories of amazing individuals who are thinking critically about their community/neighborhood/city. The ideas like the presenters may be flawed and imperfect but are in motion and need your help to progress.
